The Waters Family in Atlanta

Here's the Google Earth family history tour that I created based on Lisa Louise Cooke's class at the Georgia Family History Expo. This tour talks about my Great-Great Grandparents, Leverett and Louise Waters and their lives in Atlanta in the 1920s and 1930s.

Wow! This is indeed a great job! I've heard Lisa Cooke's presentation and have her book...I guess I should get to it. May I ask how long it took you to do this one?

Thanks for the comments. I worked on this for a little about five days off and on, maybe an hour or two at a time. Part of it was a learning curve and part of it was being "finished" and then wanting to add more. Then it took a few tries to get it recorded without the dog barking in the background when I was half way through. :)

Awesome! I hope your relatives appreciate this! I wish I were related to you and these were my family! It's such a nice overview of where they were living at specific points in time and where they are buried (I live in Cobb County). So cool! What program did you use to record this?
